北航“精密光机电一体化技术”教育部重点实验室海外人才招聘启事

北京航空航天大学(简称北航)成立于1952年,是新中国第一所航空航天高等学府,现隶属工 业和信息化部。自建校以来,北航一直是国家重点建设的高校,是全国第一批16所重点高校之一,也是80年代恢复学位制度后全国第一批设研究生院的22所高 校之一,首批进入“211工程”,2001年进入“985工程”,2013年入选首批“2011计划”国家协同创新中心。学校学科繁荣,特色鲜明。现有 27个学院,8个一级国家重点学科,28个二级国家重点学科,9个北京市重点学科,28个国防特色学科,排名全国前十名的学科有13个。 

“精密光机电一体化技术”教育部重点实验(北航)于2008年获批成立,是“航空科学与技 术”国家实验室(筹)航空系统与信息功能实验室的重要构成,是中英空间科学与技术联合研究实验室的核心内容。实验室一直瞄准国际学术前沿,紧密结合国民经 济发展和国防建设需求,依托仪器科学与技术(国家一级重点学科)和光学工程(北京市重点学科)两个一级学科构成的学科群,以信息感知为核心内容,主要从事 光机电一体化的惯性器件技术与组合导航、影像遥感与信息处理、精密测试技术与仪器三个方向的研究工作。 

随着学校综合改革的不断深入,人才战略已列为北航百年发展大计的首位。为此,“精密光机电一体化技术”教育部重点实验(北航)根据工作需要,决定公开从海外招聘急需人才,具体事项如下: 

1、招聘岗位及人数 

国家“****”或“青年****”专家、“卓越百人计划”教授、“卓越百人计划”副教授。(共3人,各1人) 

2、工作职责 

计算机视觉涉及图像处理、目标识别、运动分析和三维测量等,广泛应用于航空航天、国防装备、交通运输、电子工业等领域。招聘人员主要从事计算机视觉理论与工程应用方面的工作,具体包括: 

(1) 位姿测量与目标跟踪 

位姿测量是确定被测量目标或测量载体、测量仪器的轴系在惯性空间中位置和指向的过程,是交会对接、动态装配、对地观测、空天飞行等任务中的一项基本工作。其关键技术主要有:特征提取与匹配、位姿测量模型与解算、现场校准与精度评价等。 

目标跟踪是通过对目标的有效表达,在实时图像序列中寻找并定位与目标最相似的候选目标区位置的过程。根据对目标的表达和相似性度量的定义,目标跟踪算法主要有:基于主动轮廓的跟踪、基于特征的跟踪、基于区域的跟踪和基于模型的跟踪。 

(2)图像处理与模式识别 

图像处理是将场景光学信号转换成数字图像信号,并利用计算机对其进行处理的过程。涉及的方法和技术主要有:图像变换、图像编码压缩、图像增强和复原、图像分割与融合、图像描述和图像质量评价等。 

模式识别是对表征事物或现象的各种形式的(这里指图像的)信息进行处理和分析,以对事物或现象进行描述、辨认、分类和解释的过程。其分类方法主要为有监督的分类和无监督的分类两种。

Job Notice for Overseas Talents of Key Laboratory of

 Precision Opto-mechatronics Technology (Beihang

 University), Education Ministry of China

Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (referred to as “BUAA”) was founded in 1952, which is New China’s first Aeronautics and Astronautics institution of higher education, and now is affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Information. Since the school was founded, BUAA has been a university under national key construction. It is one of the first batch of 16 key universities, as well as one of 22 first batch of universities with postgraduate schools set after academic degree system recovery in 1980s, and it is the first batch to enter into “Project 211”,“Project 985”in 2001, and in 2013 it is the first batch of “2011 Plan” national center for collaborative innovation. The school provides various disciplines, and characterized by teaching features. The school now includes 27 colleges and has 8 first-level discipline national key disciplines, 28 second-level discipline national key disciplines, 9 Beijing key disciplines, 28 defense characteristics key disciplines, and the disciplines ranking the national top ten of total 13. 

Key Laboratory of Precision Opto-mechatronics Technology (Beihang University) of the Education Ministry of China was founded in 2008, which is the important part of the aeronautics system and information functional lab of National Laboratory for Aeronautics and Astronautics(preparing), as well as the core research content of Sino-UK(NLAA-RAL) Space Science and Technology Joint Laboratory. Aiming at international academic frontier, integrating the needs of national economy development and defense construction, and relying on the discipline of instrumentation science and technology (first-level discipline national key discipline) and the discipline of optics engineering(Beijing key discipline), the main researches of the laboratory are in three aspects focusing on information technology: inertia component and combined navigation, image remote sensing and information processing, precise measurement. 

With the development of the school’s comprehensive reformation, talents strategy has been put on the first place of BUAA’s century development matter of fundamental importance. Therefore, to meet the research demands, Key Laboratory of Precision Opto-mechatronics Technology (Beihang University) decides to employ overseas talents. Details are as follows: 

1、Positions and number of persons

2、Work Responsibilities 

Computer vision refers to image processing, object recognition, motion analysis, 3D measurement, etc., which has seen wide applications in the fields of aeronautics and astronautics, national defense equipment, transportation, electronic industry and so on. The recruited persons mainly work on computer vision theories and applications, which includes: 

(1) Position and orientation measurement and object tracking 

Position and orientation measurement is the process to determine the position and orientation of axis system in inertia space for the measured objects or the measurement carriers and instruments, which is a basic task in rendezvous and abutment, dynamic assembling, earth observation and space flying, etc. The key technologies refer to feature extraction and matching, position and orientation measurement model with solving algorithm, on-site calibration and accuracy assessment. 

Based on the effective descriptions of the object, object tracking is the process of finding and locating the candidate object area which is most analogous to the object in the real time image sequence. According to the descriptions and similarity metric definitions, object tracking algorithms are mainly classified into four categories based on active contour profile, features, region, and model, etc.. 

(2)Image processing and pattern recognition 

Image processing uses computer to process the digital image signals converted from the scene optical signals, and the related methods and technologies mainly are image transformation, image coded compressing, image enhancement and restoration, image representation and image quality evaluation, etc.. 

Pattern recognition is to process and analyze data( here refers to image ) representing objects or phenomenon in order to realize description, recognition, classification and explanation. The classification methods mainly have supervised ones and unsupervised ones.
