二、本次招聘计划

招聘岗位：中英口译人员 (西安) （若干人）

Responsibilities:

1. Render correct concepts and meanings between Chinese and English following complexity, clarity, tone, and style from one language into another, upholding the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages;

2. Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation, and is prepared for challenging calls at any time

3. Employ good customer service and communication skills, clear enunciation, pronunciation, pleasant and professional voice, as well as polite forms of expressions;

4. Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, appropriately and courteously;

5. To alternative interpreting all matters related to customers’ request;

6. To play the role as coordinator in the course of service delivery to customer;

7. Provide quality interpretation service to customers.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above;

2. Excellent spoken English;

3. Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy;

4. Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of both Chinese and English;

5. Remain punctual and available during scheduled work hours
